Bryan Karp, Vice President of Operations

Mr. Karp has 17+ years of experience in fleet management and workforce optimization for service-and-delivery companies. As VP of Operations, he is solely responsible for customer support, professional services, hosted operations and is also a primary contributor to new sales. Mr. Karp is keenly aware of all problems facing fleet management organizations as he has been consulting developing GPS solutions since 1996.

Mr. Karp has been a part of mobi practically since its inception. Mr. Karp started his tenure with the mobi product suite leading dispatch operations for a large broadband company in the midwest. Through his direction, the broadband company implemented a full scale quota management system which delivered significant improvement that reduced the time to install new service and respond to service calls. Not to be satisfied with analysis and support alone, he taught himself C++ and Oracle to better communicate with the development team. This led Mr. Karp to further leadership roles in services and support for the mobile and dispatch product line. Mr. Karp then progressed to run the product management team and subsequently the pre-sales and services teams.
